Parents, remember when you used to play outside all day? Do you remember playing jacks, Double Dutch, Red Light! Green Light! 1, 2, 3!, steal the bacon, Ms. Mary Mack, Scally’s, hide ‘n seek, and much more? Our children now live in a time where there heads are stuck on a phone, computer, I-pad or any electronic device that is available too them. Parents are working late or two jobs just to provide for their children and often are replacing themselves with gifts of electronics, sneakers or stuff. Think about a favorite childhood memory and what made that memory. I bet it had nothing to do with a thing but a special person who made it a special memory because of the time they spent with you.
